Description:    The X11 companion program to Joh Ousterhout's TCL scripting
                langauge. Has an extensive set of widgets and is used by
                many popular programs.
		This is a binary-only distribution, and includes all the man
                pages and library support files. This was compiled for a.out
                systems and includes a QMAGIC shared library file.
